What is Junior Gym
Junior gym is a dedicated session for 11-17 year olds. The session allows them to start their fitness journey in a safe environment that’s fun and effective, whilst improving their health and wellbeing.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction with one of our qualified fitness instructors before being allowed into the gym.
Junior Gym days and times:
Monday - Friday: 16:00 - 18:00
Saturday and Sunday: 14:30 - 17:30
School holidays: 12:00 - 18:00

Junior Gym Induction
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction led by a qualified fitness instructor who will show them how to properly use the equipment and perform exercises. All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.

Adult and Junior Gym
Adult and junior gym sessions give the opportunity for adult members to bring one child aged 11-17 years with them. Children aged 11-17 years must be actively supervised at all times and the children are not permitted to use resistance machines in these sessions. Juniors are required to book into this session and must have completed an induction.
Adults bear full responsibility for any children aged 11-15 in their care during the session.
