Between the 2nd – 5th May we will be hosting an event at the Copper Box Arena. 

While this event takes place, there will be some temporary changes to our service and what's available.  To find out more please read below. 

 

The Gym will be open for normal use, however there will be no changing rooms available to use between the 2nd to the 5th of May. 

All Group Exercise classes between the 1st – 5th May are cancelled. 

The car park will also be temporarily closed between 2nd – 5th May. 

 So, you may wish to find an alternative form of transport when you visit us. 

 

Facilities will re-open as normal from Monday 6th May. 

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
