Apex Legends Global Series Split 2 Playoffs will be returning to the Copper Box Arena on July 13th - 16th, 2023 follwing the success of Split 1 Playoffs earlier this year. This time around, we’re bringing all competition to the Main Stage, meaning you’ll get to watch all your favorite team’s matches throughout the four day tournament.
There will also be more interactive fan experiences to the Copper Box concourse, including Meet & Greets, Giveaways, and much more.
Copper Box Arena, which is fast becoming the home of esports in London, will be transformed into a gaming arena, with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, and high-speed internet for participating competitors.
With over 100 million unique monthly players worldwide, Apex Legends is a massively popular first-person shooter video game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts.
On July 13th and 14th, as you'll have the incredible opportunity to witness 40 of the most exceptional Apex Legends teams from around the world competing in the Group Stage. During this stage, the teams will be divided into four groups, each comprising ten teams. They will engage in a thrilling six-match series against every other group.
The intensity ramps up as the Bracket Stage commences on Saturday. The teams will be ranked and placed into a double-elimination bracket based on their performance in the Group Stage.
Following an exhilarating journey through the double-elimination bracket on Saturday, the crème de la crème will emerge. Only the top 20 teams will progress to the highly anticipated Match Point Finals on Sunday, July 16th. Get ready for a day of supreme Apex Legends action!
In addition to fans cheering on their favourite players from the stands, viewers will once again tune in to watch the action on platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
