Summer’s still going strong and so should your fitness goals! It’s time to switch things up with our August Gym Challenge at Copper Box Arena. This month, we’re testing your strength and endurance with wall sits. How long can you hold yours for?
The person with the longest wall sit time by the end of the month will be crowned our Gym Challenge Champion for August! Sign up with one of our fitness instructors today and we’ll record your results on our gym challenge board, with the results published online at the end of the competition on 31st August.
The challenge runs from Friday 1st to Sunday 31st August, and you can take part anytime during opening hours. Just head to reception and a team member will guide you to the Functional Studio, or record your attempt and tag us online @CopperBoxArena on Instagram, Facebook, or X.
Wall sits are a fantastic way to boost lower body strength and improve muscular endurance, so take the challenge, feel the burn, and stay motivated. The winner of this month’s challenge will receive an Extendable Selfie Stick Tripod* (terms apply), perfect for capturing your fitness journey all summer long.
