Copper Box Arena June Fitness Challenge

Summer is officially here and it's time to freshen up your fitness routine with a new challenge. 

For June, take on bodyweight deadlifts and see how many reps you can complete in one go. The person who racks up the most bodyweight deadlift reps this month will be crowned our Gym Challenge champion at Copper Box Arena!

Sign up with one of our fitness instructors today and we’ll record your results on our gym challenge board, with the results published online at the end of the competition on 30th June.

We’re running this challenge from Sunday 1st to Monday 30th June. You can enter the challenge between Monday to Sunday during opening hours. Simply ask at reception and one of our friendly team members will be able to record your results in the Functional Studio or alternatively, record yourself taking part in the challenge and tag us online @CopperBoxArena on Instagram, Facebook and X.

This challenge is perfect for building strength and boosting your fitness, helping you take charge of your body and feel more powerful - give it a go! The winner of this month's challenge will win Fokky Resistance Pull Bands, with 5 Levels* (terms apply), meaning you’ll be able to level up even more ahead of next month's challenge.
