As the days get longer and brighter, it’s time to freshen up your fitness routine with a new challenge.
May is all about speed! Jump on the rowing machine and see how fast you can reach 500 metres. Whoever completes the challenge in the quickest time will be crowned this month’s Gym Challenge champion at Copper Box Arena!
Sign up with one of our fitness instructors today and we’ll record your results on our gym challenge board, with the results published online at the end of the competition on 31st May.
We’re running this challenge from Thursday 1st to Saturday 31st May. You can enter the challenge between Monday to Sunday during opening hours. Simply ask at reception and one of our friendly team members will be able to record your results in the Functional Studio or alternatively, record yourself taking part in the challenge and tag us online @CopperBoxArena on Instagram, Facebook and X.
This challenge is perfect for building strength and boosting your fitness, helping you take charge of your body and feel more powerful - give it a go! The winner of this month's challenge will win Fokky Resistance Pull Bands, with 5 Levels* (terms apply), meaning you can stay hydrated while you take part in next month's challenge.
