A huge night of boxing is coming to Copper Box Arena this weekend as unbeaten British star George Liddard takes on Italy’s Dario Morello for the vacant EBU European Middleweight Title.
The action takes place on Saturday 22 August, with Liddard looking to continue his unbeaten professional record and add the European crown to his growing list of achievements.
The 24-year-old arrives at Copper Box Arena with a perfect 14-0 record, including eight victories by knockout. Liddard has quickly established himself as one of British boxing’s most exciting middleweight talents, becoming British and Commonwealth champion during his rise through the professional ranks.
Standing across the ring will be experienced Italian contender Dario Morello, who brings a 26-1 professional record and will be looking to claim the vacant European title for himself.
The contest headlines another big night of boxing, with fans set for an exciting evening of action in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
