International netball returns to Copper Box Arena with historic England v Jamaica double header

Experience a huge weekend of international netball as the England Thorns and Vitality Roses take on Jamaica at Copper Box Arena on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November.

For the first time ever, England's men's and women's national teams will compete on the same day, with the England Thorns facing the Jamaica Suns ahead of the Vitality Roses' Vitality Netball Horizon Series clashes with the Jamaica Sunshine Girls.

The Thorns and Suns renew their exciting international rivalry after previous meetings in 2023 and 2024, with both sides known for delivering fast-paced, physical and entertaining netball.

Ryan Allan, President of the England Men’s & Mixed Netball Association, said: “The opportunity to bring the Thorns and Suns together as part of an England v Jamaica double-header is something we are incredibly excited about. It is a great chance to showcase international men’s netball in front of a wider audience.

“We have built a great relationship with Jamaica over the past few years. Every time we played the Suns, the games were exciting and tightly contested. Jamaica brings incredible skill, flair and intensity to the court, and they always challenge us.

“For the Thorns, the chance to face them in front of a home crowd at the Copper Box Arena is something we cannot wait for. We are proud to be part of the Vitality Netball Horizon Series and want England supporters to get behind both the Thorns and the Vitality Roses, fill the Copper Box and make some noise in November.”
