We’re excited to introduce a new fitness class, Power Pump, a dynamic and exhilarating total body conditioning experience that promises to level up your workout routine at Copper Box Arena.

Power Pump is not just another fitness class, it's a resistance-based strength workout designed to target your entire body. Led by our brilliant instructor Natasha, these high-intensity classes incorporate a variety of exercises to engage different muscle groups, with special emphasis on your arms and core - you’ll feel that burn by the end of the session.

Using a unique blend of barbells and bodyweight exercises, our Power Pump classes deliver an intense and effective workout that will propel you towards your fitness goals. Feel the burn in your biceps and experience the satisfying tension in your core as you progressively strengthen your body with each session.
