Move your way this October with 100K Your Way
Ready to move for mental health? Join Sport In Mind’s 100K Your Way challenge this October and help make a difference.
Starting on World Mental Health Day, 10 October, 100K Your Way challenges you to complete 100km over 10 days, but the best part is that you can do it your way.
Walk it. Run it. Cycle it. Swim it. Dance it. Mix it up. Whether you take on the challenge by yourself or get your friends, family or colleagues together and create a team, every kilometre counts.
Sport In Mind is the UK’s leading mental health sports charity, using sport and physical activity to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges. The charity provides free, welcoming and inclusive sport and physical activity sessions, helping people get active, build confidence, connect with others and feel less alone.
And your fundraising helps make those sessions possible.
As we head into the winter months, free community sessions can be particularly important for people who may feel isolated, anxious or disconnected. Shorter days and colder weather can make it harder to get outside and stay active, making safe and welcoming spaces where people can come together even more valuable.
By taking part in 100K Your Way, you’ll be helping Sport In Mind reach more people with free opportunities to move, connect and support their mental wellbeing.
Could you take on 100km?
Get your friends together. Start a team. Or take on the challenge yourself.
