At Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, we’ve recently launched new indoor and outdoor gyms at Copper Box Arena and Lee Valley VeloPark with the latest kit, incredible classes and great membership benefits.

- 09:15 - 10:00 - Group Cycle in Group Cycle Studio
- 10:15 - 11:00 - Pilates in Fitness Studio
- 11:15 - 12:00 - Zumba in Fitness Studio
- 11:30 - 12:15 - Functional Fitness in Functional Studio
- 12:15 - 13:15 - Circuit Training in Functional Studio
At Copper Box Arena, we’ve got a brand new functional fitness zone alongside new gym and fitness facilities with new kit and an expansive new fitness class programme including HIIT, Group Cycle, Functional Fitness and Yoga or Pilates. Whilst at Lee Valley VeloPark, we’ve also got a brand new indoor and outdoor gym with additional fitness class studios where you can try exciting classes like Group Cycle or Yoga, Pilates and lots more! What’s more? When you sign up for a membership at either venue you’ll get access to both.
