We’re launching our new Fitness Class timetable!

Are you eager to level up your workouts? At Copper Box Arena we’re thrilled to unveil an all new fitness classes timetable set to launch on Monday 22nd April, that’s set to get your heart racing and your muscles pumping.

Exciting new classes

Embrace a fresh wave of fitness with our latest class additions that include Circuit Training, Functional Fitness, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) as well as Strength sessions and a Junior Circuits class. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey or a seasoned gym-goer, we’re excited to see what you think of this new and improved timetable.

Have you tried Power Pump yet?

As well as all these new classes, we also recently introduced Power Pump. It's not your average fitness class, it's a dynamic and exhilarating total body conditioning experience designed to push your limits. Featuring resistance-based strength training, Power Pump engages every muscle group and is definitely one to give a go. 

What else is on offer?

There's still more! In addition to Power Pump and the new classes, our fitness class favourites aren’t going anywhere and we’ll continue to offer Body Conditioning, Group Cycle, Legs, Bums, and Tums, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba.
