Copper Box Arena came alive with friendly competition as over 70 employees from Berkeley Group Plc faced off in a thrilling intercompany netball tournament. The event, part of Berkeley Foundation's "Sportember," was held to raise awareness and funds for the foundation’s partner charities.
Teams from different parts of Berkeley Group—like St James St William, St Edward, Berkeley IT, St George, and Berkeley Capital—played against each other, with each team supporting a charity they work with. After some great matches, Berkeley St Edward came out on top, winning the tournament and over £500 in donations for their charities, Your Story and Momentum Children’s Charity.
The day wasn’t just about the sport, it also helped bring colleagues together and show how sport can make a positive impact in the community. BOL Foods sponsored the event and kept everyone going with free protein shakes!
